Import of Dental Prostheses

 

The import of dental prostheses is now exempt from VAT in certain circumstances. The changes have been backdated so that those impacted can claim back VAT paid since 1 January 2022.

 

HMRC has released a brief explaining the position and how to adjust for overpaid VAT.

 

 

 

Zero rating of Energy Saving Materials

 

HMRC has updated the VAT Notice to show details of the zero rating announced in the budget.

 

 

 

Updated Fuel Scale Charge Rates

 

Updated FSC rates have been released which will apply for periods beginning on or after 1 May 2022.
